When we delete information that we have collected from or about you, it will be deleted from our active databases, but may remain in our archives.

Authorized agents will need to demonstrate that you’ve authorized them to act on your behalf, and that they are registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California, or must demonstrate they have power of attorney pursuant to applicable probate law. We have no control over, do not review, and are not responsible for the privacy policies of or content displayed on such other websites. Please be aware that the terms of the Privacy Policy do not apply to any outside websites (including, but not limited to, any of our e-commerce providers).

Shopify

Our Online Store is hosted on by Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify online application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall to keep it protected from unauthorized access or disclosure.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. However, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you require 100% security, do not correspond or transmit data over the Internet or through email. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Sugarbreak will not accept liability for direct or indirect losses arising from lost or stolen data (including your Personal Information).

Privacy of Minors
